ReplyDeleteWe presume you are asking about hair removal.
Laser Light is attracted to the pigment in the hair follicle.If you have fair complexion with dark facial hair,it is very successful.If your complexion is fair with blond fair hair,you will NOT BE a candiate for laser therapy.
Fair skin people are candiates for laser therapy should you want to have acne,pigmentation,rosacea of combined facial therapy.
